How is my price determined?
Your price is determine by dividing the original price by two since every item on our site is 50% off. For example, if the original price is $120 you will divide it by 2 and pay ONLY $60. However, all our prices have already been discounted for you. Therefore our SALE price is the final price of that item.
Can I get my order sooner?
Yes, you can get your order sooner by paying for EXPRESS shipping. Your express priority shipping fees will be determine by weight, distance and how soon you want your item. Contact us first before placing your order so that we can determine your express shipping fees.
Can i add more items to my order later?
Yes, you can keep on adding more items to your shopping cart until you reach your desired amount but you can not add or subtract items from your order after finalizing payment. Please, be very sure of what you want before making payment.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There’re no minimum order quantity when you buy from us. Therefore, you can buy more of any item quantity that is available.
How do i get FREE shipping?
All our United States and Canadian customers automatically qualify for free shipping if you spend more than a hundred dollars. However, our Canadian customers will still have to pay for any custom duties that may apply.
Timing
Will i hear from you guys after i placed my order?
Yes, after placing your order you will hear from us within 24 hrs.
Can you deliver my shirts if I am local?
No, we only deliver by mail.
Can I come pick up my shirts?
Unfortunately we do not allow pickups.
How can i reach you?
Just send us an email or call us and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
Shipping
How long will it take my order to reach me?
It takes 1-4 business days to process your order and 8 business days to ship out your item to you. Therefore, it will take a total of 12 business days minus weekends to finalize delivery.
Will you send me a tracking number for my item?
Yes, we shall contact you with a tracking number as soon as we place your item with the mail carrier.
Can i change my mailing address?
No, you can not change your mailing address after finalizing payment. Please, make sure to use only your home or business address for delivery. We do not deliver orders to a P.O Box.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally to selected countries. Please, contact us before placing any international orders. All international customers are require to pay custom duties at their port of entry.
Payment
How much do I have to pay to get started?
Just start by buying one or more items from us and we will process and ship your orders to you.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payments in US dollars only ($). Please, use PayPal or any major credit card to complete your payment. We also accept Western Union payments but you will have to contact us to get our current Western Union information.
How do I go about making payment?
Select your items, add them in your shopping cart and follow our simple directions and you will be fine.
Cancel/Returns
Can I cancel or return an item that I bought?
Yes, Please, be 100% sure before placing your order because we do charge a $10 flat rate restocking fee for all canceled orders. It usually takes 3 to 7 business days to process a refund.
You have 30 days to return our items. We only accept returns in clean as new condition with no wear and tear. However, we do not accept returns in categories like bikinis and underwears due to sensitive hygiene issues that could be a health hazard. In oder to qualify for the 30 days refund you will have 3 days to alert us about your reasons for returning our item or items.
